The collaboration was formalised through an exchange of a Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) between the two parties for the implementation of the Electric Motorcycle Industry Specialisation Programme. The event took place at the MARA Technical Carnival (“MATEC”) 2025 at Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, recently [Internal note: actual date 2 Nov].
