EXECUTIVE, PROCUREMENT (CONTRACT)

Division : Procurement

Reporting to : Manager

Key Roles

  • Handle day-to-day general purchasing for supplies, services, equipment, and office-related items.

  • Source and evaluate suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure quality and delivery reliability.

  • Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition, sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, PO issuance, contract management, and expediting.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, approval papers, and tendering processes.

  • Continuously secure the best purchase price while maintaining quality, reliability, and service standards.

  • Prepare and manage procurement-related approval papers and documentation.

  • Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods/services.

  • Assist in the digitalization and improvement of procurement processes and ERP system updates.

Job & Skills Requirement

  • Possess Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.

  • Experience in Procurement minimum 2 years will be added advantage.

  • Experience in direct material, vendor development and technical.

  • Good knowledge of AS400 (MRP), Infor L/N, ERP and Zycus will be added advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contracts and procurement processes.

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to secure favourable terms and resolve issues with suppliers.

PAYROLL SUPERVISOR, HUMAN CAPITAL

Location : Gurun, Kedah – 1 vacancy

Division : Human Capital

Reporting to : Assistant Manager

Key Roles

  • Prepare monthly payroll summaries and statutory reports (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB).

  • Generate statutory reports of EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB contributions.

  • Prepare variance and reconciliation reports to ensure accuracy of payroll data versus Finance records.

  • Review and verify employee medical claims to ensure they adhere to company policy.

  • Monitor medical benefit utilisation and highlight abnormal or excessive trends.

  • Prepare monthly medical expenditure reports for management review.

  • Assist in preparing year-end reports.

  • Support internal and external audits by preparing payroll-related documentation and reconciliation.

  • Supervise payroll operations and resolve discrepancies.

Job & Skills Requirement

  • Possess Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.

SENIOR EXECUTIVE, GOVERNMENT LIASON

Division : Government Liason

Reporting to : Manager

Key Roles

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships

  • Coordinate approval application for the assembly of new models with relevant Governmental Agencies

  • Monitor and track the validity of essential licenses and approvals.

  • Coordinate responses to government inquiries, requests for information and consultations

  • Represent the company's interests in meetings, committees and industry forums

  • Liaise with authorities on tax, duty and regulatory issues to ensure full compliance with governmental requirements.

  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation, regulations and government policies, and assess the potential impact on the business.

Job & Skills Requirement

  • Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Business Studies/ Administration or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in government relations or public policy roles, preferably within the Government & Defence industry.

  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian government structure, decision-making processes and regulatory frameworks.

SENIOR EXECUTIVE, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Reporting to : Senior Manager

Key Roles

  • Coordinate approval applications for the assembly of new models with related government agencies, including the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry, Malaysia Automotive, Robotics & IoT Institute (MARii), and Customs.

  • Assist in planning, drafting, and implementing procedures aligned with governmental policies and liaise with relevant agencies to ensure compliance.

  • Submit necessary reports and surveys to governmental agencies and non-governmental bodies such as DRB-Hicom and MASAAM.

  • Liaise with relevant authorities to address tax and duty issues in compliance with governmental regulations.

  • Coordinate audits and verification processes with MARii and Customs to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Key Roles

Key Roles
