Eligibility Criteria:
Customers who
apply for AEON Credit motorcycle financing for All New Kawasaki Big Bike and
Superbike models sold by EMOS (Appendix 1) from any of the 12 designated
Kawasaki All-star dealers listed below during the campaign period (“Eligible
Customer”).

Qualifying Conditions:
To participate in this Campaign, the Eligible Customer is required to submit the COMPLETED application form together with required supporting documents to the selected merchants.
Eligible Customer whose application is approved by AEON Credit within the Campaign Period shall be referred to as “Successful Participant”, and all approval is at the sole discretion of AEON Credit based on its credit evaluation process.
Successful Participant will be eligible for the Campaign’s lucky draw winner selection organized by EMOS based on approved application cases within the Campaign period and with the Hire Purchase-i Agreement duly executed and recorded in AEON Credit Database by 31 January 2025.

Winner Announcement and Prize Fulfilment
v
The winner announcement will be managed by EMOS after the end of the
sales claim validity period.
v The winner list will be posted on both EMOS and AEON Credit social media platforms.

Other Terms &
Conditions:
v Used motorcycles and
accessories are not eligible.
v This campaign is applicable
only to selected Designated Kawasaki All-star Dealers listed above.
v Margin of finance are up to
90%, subject to customer eligibility, with tenures ranging from 1 to 7 years.
v All applications and
approvals are subject to AEON Credit's assessment guidelines, which are final
and conclusive.
v AEON Credit and EMOS reserves
the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior
notice.
v EMOS will be solely
responsible for delivering the prizes to the winners. All costs, such as
insurance, road tax, etc., will be borne by the winners.
v Logistic costs will be
fully borne by the nearest dealer showroom. Requests for delivery to other
designated locations will not be entertained.
v Winners from Sabah and
Sarawak will need to attend the ceremony at their own expense. If unable to
attend, winners can send a representative with written proof of consent.
v The announcement of winners
will be made online. Winners must respond and provide necessary details within
10 days of the announcement. Failure to do so will allow EMOS to draw a new
winner.
v EMOS will notify all winners
via online streaming, text message, and email.
v The total lucky draw
entries for each eligible customer will be calculated at the end of the
campaign period by AEON Credit while winner announcements will be made by EMOS.
